After playing softball in college I never wanted to lift a weight again! Until I met Michael Marinas. With him my workouts shifted from generic team lifting to intense strength training and toning. Michael knew how to structure workouts so I felt pushed and challenged, yet could make me laugh the entire time. At the beginning of our training, I set a simple goal for myself: to look great in a bathing suit. And boy did I ever! I even had obliques I never even knew I had!
